Work in Progress
I am excited to be working on several short stories and a novel that I've given the working title of The Ripper.
Rosa Wolfe is a firebrand detective investigating a series of grisly homicides in Raleigh, North Carolina. Until a personal tragedy costs her everything--her marriage, her career, and her badge. Depressed and alone, Rosa returns to the streets she once patrolled, finding satisfaction in high-payoff vengeance for hire. Then Nick the Nick enters her life.
Nicholas Nicholson is a former Green Beret turned vigilante who teams up with Rosa to free Raleigh's streets of crime. Rosa believes that if she and Nick can find and apprehend "The Ripper", the serial killer responsible for the string of rape/murders that has continued during the three years she has been working without a gold shield, Rosa might be able to turn her life around. Then the investigation takes a terrifying and unexpected turn and Rosa is faced with a task that will test both her intelligence and her morality.
I am now a Web developer.
Please don't fall out of your chair or try to adjust your monitor. You read it right. Me, a designer! So, what
do I know about html and cascading style sheets (CSS)? A little: and not enough. I never thought of myself as a techie, but I've learning enough that
I developed my husband Harry Calhoun's Web site and Pig in a Poke.
I've just updated trinaallen.com using CSS. Let me know what you think of the site.
